I booked this hotel for my mother because she is a smoker and she stayed here before. It is no longer a hotel that allows smoking!

location and good choice of breakfast foods.
the sheets on bed were very used and not crisp. The bed could be alot more confortable with crisp and newer sheets.

It was very convenient to a main road (MN 5) but not noisy. It is run by a brother and sister who were very helpful on local attractions and congenial ( a locally owned "mom and pop" operation. Their morning breakfast choices were ample.
The AC unit in the room was a bit noisy, but we have experienced worse.

Nice place to stay outside the Big City of Minneapolis. Nice rooms and friendly people.

I chose it because of the location to the Chanhassen dinner theatre. We were able to walk over to the theatre. The complimentary breakfast was nice.
